"Between Real Estate Broker and RAV Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Real Estate Broker (hereinafter referred to as "Broker") acknowledges and agrees to the following clauses set forth by RAV Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") for the promotion and sale of real estate projects:

1. Commission on Unit Cancellation If a unit sale is cancelled, any commission previously paid to the Broker will be deducted. The Broker shall promptly refund the deducted commission amount to the Company.
2. Accurate Information and No False Promises The Broker shall not provide misleading information, make false promises, or misrepresent any project details to potential clients. All information shared must align with the details provided by the Company.
3. Confidentiality The Broker agrees to keep confidential all proprietary information received from the Company, including client details, project plans, pricing structures, and marketing strategies. Disclosure of such information to unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Non-Engagement in Activities Against the Company The Broker shall not engage in any activities, communications, or practices that are detrimental to the Company's reputation, clients, or business interests.
5. Restriction on Document Publishing The Broker shall not create, modify, or distribute any new documents, promotional materials, or marketing content related to the Company’s projects without prior written approval.
6. Company’s Right to Termination The Company reserves the right to terminate the Broker's engagement at any time, with or without cause, especially if the Broker violates any of the terms of this agreement.
7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations The Broker shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing real estate practices, including RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act) guidelines and any other relevant local or national legislation.
8. Professional Conduct The Broker shall maintain professional behavior while interacting with clients, other brokers, and Company representatives. Unethical behavior or misconduct will lead to termination of the agreement.
9. Client Privacy The Broker shall not misuse or share client information for personal benefit or with any third party not authorized by the Company.
10. Use of Company Branding Any use of the Company’s logos, trademarks, or branding elements must be pre-approved in writing by the Company.
11. Conflict of Interest The Broker shall avoid any conflict of interest that could adversely affect the Company. If such a situation arises, the Broker must immediately inform the Company.
12. Indemnification The Broker agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any legal claims, losses, or damages arising from the Broker’s actions, negligence, or breach of these terms.
13. Reporting and Transparency The Broker shall provide regular updates and accurate reports on client interactions, leads generated, and sales progress as required by the Company.
14. No Exclusivity This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between the Broker and the Company. The Company may engage with other brokers simultaneously.
15. Amendments to Terms The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Brokers will be notified of any updates, and continued engagement signifies acceptance of the new terms.
16. Declaration and Acceptance: By clicking ""I Agree"", the Broker confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the above terms and conditions."
